JNM is used to engage people with the intimacy and passion of Christ. To win souls and have an encounter with the supernatural presence of God. Bridging Churches internationally wide. Helping and supporting Leaders fulfill their calling and destiny. They prophetically minister to the church under the direction of the Holy Spirit.

During the course of their many travels, JNM has come to recognize that the church needs an awakening. Their soul permeates with a passion for the things of God and they know the time is short and there is much work to be done. The fields are white unto harvest, but the workers are few.

They travel on the road with their entire family. Three of their five children are on their worship team.

They are now able to fulfill their destiny as they travel through the doors the Holy Spirit leads. To prepare the way for this mandate. The heart-cry for JNM is for revival all across the nations.

John and Nancy were married on Sept 5th 1987. They have been blessed with five wonderful boys; CJ, Ryan, Chase, Noah and Luke
